Merry Christmas!

Hey all,

I heard back from the NGO (non government organization) who I asked to be apart of the film. They respectfully said they do not want to be apart of this project. I wasn't too upset to hear about this, I believe God has another plan. I already contacted another NGO in Surabaya and am now waiting to hear back from them. 

Yesterday i talked to Bryan Jennings with Walking On Water and asked him some questions about how he has fund raised for the last ten or more films Walking On Water has done. He was helpful, giving me some tips about marketing and reminded me of the importance and power of prayer when developing a project. So thank you to those who have been praying for the film. Soon I'll be launching a prayer page and trying to get 100 people to commit to praying weekly for this film project, so look forward to that! 

This last weekend I spent time with good friends Sean & Emily Naus, who came down to San Diego for Emily's Birthday. 

While Sean was here we talked about life and work and he talked me into trying web design with the company he works for. This week I'll be working on building the First Fruits Official website. If i find i have a knack for design then ill be searching for clients who want a site built for them.So keep that in mind if you have a company, organization, wedding or anything you would like to share with people.

Almost Christmas!

    Hey everyone, just a short update. I haven’t heard back from the NGO in Oz yet, so I’ll be trying to contact them today. The script if making headway, praise Jesus for giving me a clear mind and direction! I also applied a FedEx this week, so please pray ill get the job through the holidays.
    I’ll be working on getting this script finished this week. I hope all of you have a blessed Christmas season, celebrating Jesus Christ birth and/or spending time with loved ones. If you’re in a distant country away from those you love. Just remember you can love others too! Enjoy those you do have.

Back!

Hey all so this last week I got back to San Diego and found out my mom and niece were in a car accident. They’re ok minus my nieces 30 stitches and my mom’s fractured knee. My niece is a champion and handling the healing well, as well as my mom.

After a couple days back I had my birthday on the 4th and celebrated 22 with my family! I was woken up twice that morning, once by my dad jumping on me at 4 a.m., another time by my calling me and giving me a detailed account of my birth.

The NGO (non government organization) I was waiting to hear from had to reschedule their meeting to the 9th of December. So I’m hopping to hear back from them by Friday here. Please pray for patients and discipline for the weeks to come.

Thanks Giving

       I bet every blog and email this week is starting with "Thanks Giving", so much that it may cause some to become weary of hearing it. But there are many things and people in our lives that beseech "thanks"! So good on ya Pilgrims and Native Americans for starting a tradition that in an of itself I'm thankful for. ThisThanks Giving a crew of old friends came from all over the United States to celebrate in Jackson Tennessee!

It was a great reunion filled with catching up and goofing off and of course playing with guns.

Now the update with the documentary. This last week i sent out a quick prayer request concerning my inquiry to a NGO (Non Government Organization) to use their name and mercy facility In Indonesia for the documentary. I still haven't heard back from them but I'm sure that Jesus will work it all out. Also a friend from YWAM has joined the film crew and has completed the team of three! We are....

hey everyone,

for the last five days in TN Ive been spending time each morning in prayer about this film and about the future with someone. I'm Praying for opened doors for financial support, for intentional direction of the film and for personal direction with a friend, for Gods will.

God gives us our lives and everything we have! he totally blesses us. For example, for all you married folk. Proverbs 18:22 "The man who finds a wife finds a treasure and receives favor from the LORD."

I'm going to share a little biblical comparison from last nights poker game.
Last night my friend Stephen spotted me $20 to play poker,usually i don't play for that much. But because he trusted me with his $20, there was a desire for me to do my best. It fully reminded me of the story of the Talents(Matthew 25:14-29) in the bible.

See you can learn more then just cards from poker. Oh and by the way I took second place. Me against Stephen, my friend who gave me the $20!

Be wise with what God has given you. You only have what God has graciously given you!

Rolling out

Hey guys,
This last week i spent babysitting my niece and nephew, it was a growing experience. I have so much more respect for parents, especially single parents. I also had a good conversation with a supporter about the layout of the story and she shot out a few hard, but needed, questions and suggestions. Working on this film has been a trying time an i know that without the Lord Jesus and my earthly and heavenly family this would not being moving forward. So thank you!

Yesterday i finally went to see my home boy Sean Naus and his Wife Emily as in Santa Barbara and was stoked to get to see another good friend from Oz, Jeremy Hoover! it was a short visit but much appreciated and a good day spent with my mom driving up.

A friend from that used to live in Prescott has offered to fly me out to Tennessee to have a mini O.G. (Original Gangsta) reunion where ill be spending thanksgiving with a group of friends i haven’t seen for a few years. So ill be leaving in a couple hours after finishing some things around the house.

Script and Music video

God is...(fill in the blank). God is so many things and gives so many things. When you give what you have to God and ask him to lead and bless it you will see it happen, Psalm 34:8. Doesn’t mean its going to be easy though.

I've almost finished the full financial estimate for the film and it’s looking good. It’s still the biggest chunk of money ill be trying to fundraise but it is not ridiculous, and in the film world the amount I’m asking for is so small it’s laughable.

After getting settled in this week at my new home with my Dad and his Woman things have been rolling along well. im hoping to have the new scripts first draft done by the middle of the month, which is doable with Gods insight and motivation. I’m having to learn to shut off at nights though, my head just keeps going around and around with thoughts.

Well i wanted to show you the music video i helped with. My official position was "key grip", so basically i moved lights and whatever else was needed to keep things rolling.



Thanks for the prayers. Please pray for focus this week and for Gods total leading as im dictating the script for this project. Also pray for creativity in the way to shoot this film what will best impact the viewer.

Hebrews?

Hey all, so today I moved in with my Dad and his girlfriend (Dolores). I'm once again bouncing around from house to house. Things haven’t changed too much from the ever changing housing arrangements of ywam living in Oz. Someday, right? But there's something appealing about the gypsy lifestyle.

There has been tangible progress this last week in putting together the film! I’ve finished the equipment break down and budget. So if anyone wants to donate $10,000 for a tax write off or pure desire to help make this people saving film happen, feel free. Seriously though....


Recently I’ve felt like life has come at me hard for the last few months. My last update was a somber one to write. My emotions are flaring up like a pregnant woman and worries I’ve never had have come at me. But our Heavenly Father is good and he is preparing me for something! Tonight i was reading in hebrews 12:7-11 (click on the verse reference to read it) its all about Gods discipline as a Father. I looked up the word "discipline" and it means literally "to educate or training". Pretty cool! I really feel like I’m going through a emotional and spiritual battle and God wants his followers to "endure hardships as a TRAINING FROM GOD" it’s a correcting of the mind and a preparing. Romans 12:2 says be transformed by the RENEWING of your mind. I hope these words sit with some of you who are going through a rough time and encourage every one of you reading my updates. Love you all. God is greater than our circumstances and able to work miracles within them!

THE HARDEST PART

Hi all, So this last weekend I had a chance to see my friend Ryan who is going to be doing this documentary with me next year. He was down in San Diego with a couple guys shooting a music video for a band named Chasing Claymores and I was invited to help out with that

As I said before I’ve been looking for work. Last week I applied at a temporary work agency and will hopefully be working, so pray for that please.
I’ve been chipping away into this rewrite of the script, I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed right now with the lack of finances and with time quickly heading to my personal deadline for this documentary, it’s hard to express how heavy my heart is right now. But I know the only way this film is going to happen is by the power and grace of God, I see and I know that in my weakness He is my strength and He is my prize! His grace and forgiveness are the only credentials that make me fit to do this film. Acting and speaking in faith when everything looks to be against me and this film is the hardest part. I know God has called me to this, and its going to get harder and lonelier But God is faithful and more than enough in this hard place (Jonah 2).

I hope all my blog-readers know that when this film is done it was only because of Jesus. He may have given me the opportunity to lead it, but He is forming it! I only live because he gave me life! That goes for everyone too!

The Hunt.

Hey everyone I know I missed the update last week, sorry about that. This last week I spent time talking with NGO's (non government organizations) in Southeast Asia about the documentary I want to do. The groups were very helpful and actually showed me a number of films that have been made about the sex trade. I was a little depressed after hearing that the story I was researching had already been done, but God again shared his heart for people with me which this film will be shown through, so I'm rewriting the story and doing more research.

Please keep praying for daily motivation and a job too. I took time to add up the bills this month and I owe a few grand so I’ve been applying and looking all over. Please pray for the right job.

Good day lovely people. Im back in San Diego trying to organize the "nuts and bolts" of the Film. This morning i had a good conversation with a family friend who is helping me organize. There are a lot of holes in the description of the film. The "who, where, whens. and whys" are what I'm going to be clearing up over the next few days.

One question i keep getting asked is; Am i still apart of YWAM, or have i branched out? The answer is Yes, i am still a YWAMer and this film is under the umbrella of YWAM Sunshine coast Australia. First Fruits is a ministry that God gave me to start a few years ago. Right now im state side working on this project but further down the road, after the production of this movie, ill be heading back to Australia to rejoin the rest of the YWAM Sunshine coast family!

Hey everyone, my trip to Prescott AZ is coming to a close. I head back to San Deigo on Wednesday morning. its been really good seeing friends and family i miss so much. I didnt get so see everyone i wanted to but i did my best.

God is so good! i cant say it enough. this trip was a total blessing for me and much needed. My heart is with so many in AZ. So many continually support me and have been such large influences in my life and in my walk with the Lord Jesus Christ. So thank you to all my Prescott family!

My friend that is helping me with the Sex Diaries film has moved from Colorado to L.A. I'm looking foward to seeing him and being able to work a little closer together!

hey all. Soooo!
God is so good and last Thursday He put on my heart to head to Prescott Arizona for a little. Then friday provided a ride from a friend i havent heard from in a year! So as a few know, right now im in Prescott AZ showing and getting some love from friends and family. things are very crazy right now. Im trying to see as many as i can with 7 more days here. Some amazing news! Today i had my first Official meeting with a church up here about the Film and ministry ive been doing. No promise's were made about support but it was good to talk and share what God has given me to do.

Jesus is so Good and I love that He loves with so much Power and Grace and Mercy, a example He is teaching me daily! So today friends Live in His Love! and know you are Forgiven by His work on the Cross and You can do nothing more and nothing less to gain Life then to believe and trust in Jesus Christ, who does not comdemn you for your actions but saves and gives Love, a lot of love, He pours it out on you like a celebrating football team does to their coach!

Encouragements!

Hey everyone, This last week two friends from my YWAM base in Australia came out to California for a couple Skateboard trade shows. At these trade shows all the big companies in skateboarding come together and show their new gear off as everyone hangs out and catches up. For Des and Rob (the guys that came from Australia) coming to the trade show is the heart of the skate ministry OneFriday. They came to meet people and share Jesus with them through their actions and words.

We had a chance to give away some "skaters bibles" (a bible made aimed towards skaters!, same scripture but with testimonials from Christian skaters) to Jamie Thomas and Christian Hosoi, two pillars in the skateboard community who are Christians.

But after a nice week of encouragement and catching up with friends I’m back to the books or Computer more so. I’m looking into the sex trade industry in the Philippines and Thailand as well as Indonesia. My goal this week is to get a well rounded look at what is going on out there.

A cool thing going on "Down Under" is the Art Gallery that Claire Matthews has put together beside the Boardstore in Australia. You can see photos and read more about it on Claires blog. The theme is "skater art" done by skaters ONLY. Another tool to get into the community and connect with youth.

Prayer.
1)Focus on God and the film. to do the best work i can.

2)A grounded life in Gods word daily.

3)Paitents and wisdom in all im doing, im giving myself goals to reach to get this film on the way and i need to be patient with myself and others but using wisdom in the steps i take to accomplish this.

September comes quick

hey all.

First thing. Thank you for the prayer's. I got some work painting a house and start later this week!
This last week my dad and i went to breakfast with my sister, who is in collage now,What!

Me, Sis and Boyfriend













Then went to the Taylor Guitar Center. I had know idea they were in San Diego! I had a great time taking the tour and playing.
















Last week i was worried about The story of the Film I'm working on and where it was going, it was becoming a headache and i felt like i had hit the Inevitable "Wall".

But over the Weekend God asked me to fast and pray. During my prayer time God was working in me. He lead me to a lot of scriptures that I'm still thinking on {rev 12, and 1 Timothy and 1 thess) But one thing my Mom reminded me of, Gods time is not mans time. So instead of trying to "push" out a story and do what sounds good, im going to wait IN the Lord and Trust Him to show me (Read Psalm 37). This is Gods Film that He is letting me do. So im trying to view it as that constantly, but my head and impatiens try to go ahead of what God has planned for now.

So ill keep working on what i can, and painting to get some money for this Film and trust God is going to show me.

Also Ive been going to the "kinda" local skate park where i met a little dude named Mike, God has a plan for him and i, we met while i was at the park and some older kids were picking on him so i went and helped him out. He is in sixth grade and is working by selling stolen electronics's on the streets. When you're praying for me please remember Him as well, I hope to keep meeting with Him and Sharing some wisdom and love and Jesus! pray for a open and ready heart. Check out the OneFriday Website! Sex Diaries

OK so i knew it was a while sense my last update but not almost a month ago. Sorry about that.

THE FILM

over the last few weeks I've been working on the treatment/script for this Film with the working title of Sex Diares. The project is planned to shoot in Indonesia next March 2010 on the topic of the sex trade. over the last few weeks God has been very faithful in keeping me encouraged. Ive been Intoduced Via Email to the crew that made the films "Fire Proof" and "Facing the Giants". I'm praying God will use this relationship.

Another big help has been a good friend Ryan from AZ who God told me to be on this project with me. He has been my motivational kick in the butt from time to time. Thank you ryan.

The heart of making this film is "To show human value in a devalueing culture". To show people their worth as Jesus and God the father see's them. and this is aimed at all parties of the sex trade all the way to the corrupt police, to the pimps buyers and clients, Gods love streaches to all those groups! I cant get past Gods unlimited Grace and Mercy for everyone. God made them too, and wants them to be set free from thier sins!

CALI LIFE

right now I'm still staying with my dad and looking for a little side work painting to pay the bills. That's something you can pray for, Please.

Last weekend my brother in law was deployed to Japan for a while, so before he left we all went to a Padres game(baseball). He was sad that the NY Mets were loosing.





This last weekend i was treated to Vans Warped Tour! something I've been wanting to go to for 6 years. I missed Underoath (tear) but had a great time there.

Things you can pray about!

1) for focus on this project. Id like to have the first draft done completely by next week.

2) Sense taking on this project. Sexual temptation has been at a all time high. I really feel like the Enemy is trying to destroy me before i can make this.

3) People's hearts to be willing to work with me on this. It could be hard finding people to back this project being that im going into a subject that isn't socially acceptable.

4) Obedience to Gods voice, and ears to hear Him. This is agnarly subject to get into, My dads roommate likes to remind me that people die getting into this. I laugh and say "glad i know what im doing...."

5) to have the right people in this film.

6 This week ill be talking to a lady leading the missions board at a church in Az, where i lived for a while. Pray for favor with her and Gods will.

I think that's a good starter list. I want to thank you all who are reading this. Im very very grateful for your prayer and support.

Cat Scratch Fever.

Hey everyone so this last week ive been resting and studying up on Indonesia. A sad event happened while i was praying. A friends cat jumped on my back and in my attempt to get it off it clawed me. Moments later i felt woozy, but shoock it off as coisidance.
The next day i was running a fever and and coughing like a 30 year vetern smoker. im still getting over it but im feeling much better.


Please pray for me that i will continue to persue this project with all my energy and that God would keep giving me clear direction and encouragement. also for a continual persuit of God and having that alone time with Him.

The Plan

Hey all, after a short trip to Las Vegas where i met some friends from YWAM in Oz (Dan & Cat and child to be)i have made my way to San Diego where i will be stationed for a few months. In my last update i said i would tell you about the next project when i knew. Thank you Jesus! i think He has told me.













Here it is! While im staying in San Diego ill be putting together a Package for a documentary film on the topic of sex exploitation and abuse in Indonesia. It seems this topic is on Gods heart. There are many lost, broken and thirsty people (John 4 Woman at the well) being taken advantage of. I think as christians we do need to do something about it (Protect orophans and widows,James 2:27 and "becuase of your love for each other they will know you are my children".) This stuff is everywhere, even in the USA (cough) Las Veges. God has put Indonesia in my heart though.

Im not sure what my specific goal is with the film yet, other then bring light on the situation and Gods love and word to the viewer and people in the film. I'll be researching to find the right story and angle and praying about it every step. Apart of the film Packege will be a list of cameras, computers, lighting and travel gear for the film that will be going strait into FirstFruits to fully get it off the ground! I'm hoping this film will show the heart of FirstFruits as a ministry and be a great insentive for people to get behind me and the ministry finacially.

Im planning to return to OZ at the end of 2009 or early 2010 and plan to shoot this film in March of 2010. Im hoping to travel the USA and parts of Canada later this year to visit church's all over and share this project to raise funds for it.

Please Pray about this with me. I want Gods desired story and angle as well as provision and open hearts to support and come along side with me on this project.

done and moving

Last week i finished my SDF (School Of Digital Filmmaking) with a night we all showed our final projects and had some laughs!



I finished my course with a 90 percent! that may be one of my best grades ever, so i was very stoked! Now with the school done im taking a couple weeks to pray and plan the months ahead. Right now im in Kauai Hawaii with one of my roommates Devon Moon.



Ill be heading to "Main Land" on the 14th of july and meeting some Friends from Australia in Vegas and hooking up with the XXXChruch Crew that i met in Australia too. http//www.xxxchurch.com after that ill be going to San Diego for a couple weeks to plan out the next step.




At this point i think ill be going around the U.S. raising money for First Fruits ( the ministry im running) in Australia. Ill be looking for more supporters for me and ones who will help me get film and editing gear together so i can start making better films and be able to house more people who want to be apart of First Fruits.



Im seeking God on a next Film project, either it be a documentary or a narrative film, but one that will get people excited to be apart of and put their money into. While im in San Diego ill be working on a good web site and putting together a package (i hate to use the word but) "advertising" the ministry. i hope to be back in Oz early 2010 God willing. Please keep this and me in prayer. For guidence and passion and the right story to tell. My passion is to tell a story that is going to change people in the western countries! So ask God to show me that! IM excited for the months to come Its going to be a big challenge and a monumental growing period for the ministry!

IN the thick

Ok sorry guys for being slack at keeping in contact. I hope most of you got your post cards! If not, its not becuase i dont love you. We just finished a 9 day shoot and are editing the projects this week but in the morning we pitch a new film idea to head into another week long shoot. This next short film is about a Vampire who struggles with bulimia. Kinda a funny light way to tackle a big issue, so we will see how it goes over.

As the school goes on the more im thinking of whats next. The best way to pray for me is that i would stay focused and energized. There is still heaps of work to do and i want to give my best. Im so thankful for my time here in Hawaii, God has been so good to me and has blessed me beyond comprehension. I want to continue in this adventure of life and love and obedience to God. Hearing His voice and having peace in what i hear is a huge need.Im thirsty for more of his word. I need to re-gear my schedule so im reading more. I have seen so much more of Gods presence in Me through the laking of being in the word. But im still thirsty for his love filling, leading, reminding me daily.

hey all, sorry about the very odd update times. This week we had David Cunningham come to speak but then he had to leave to L.A. to meet about a new film but it was cool to hear him speak for the short time we did. My finances are almost all in! I'm short $1000 only! I'm not sure where the funds came from, i think some of the students helped with out telling me, So thanks!

I've been learning about job positions in film, how to do some basic makeup and learning how to control light and Direct and all other sorts of things, information over load, its fun its hard. but I'm looking forward to getting off campus for a little to go see a friend. These next few weeks we are getting into doing our short films that we wrote! so please keep that in prayer, for energy and love and creativity. I need all i can get from God. Late update

hey everyone sorry its been a few weeks sense my last lagit update. So much has been going on here, i have very little time to do anything but study and watch movies, so there are worse things in life. basicly Monday through friday im up doing school stuff from 8am to 12am on a average. There is a lot of reading and a bit of hands on already! by the weekend my brain is fried but because we are covering so much ground in such a short amount of time we cram in more reading and writing over the weekend.

A huge blessing here has been my work duty. on the weekend im in the kitchen as a cook, sense i really enjoy cooking its a breeze and a good time to get my head off film for a few hours a weekend!

I could go on writing for a while about all that ive been studying but i wont for your sake. please be praying for my finances, im waiting on some already promised cash (thank you) and also trying to sale my beautiful truck in california to pay the rest of the fee's. so pray that it will sale.

being so busy has really challenged me to "Create time" to be with God. its been really cool seeing how He has provided and continues to hold me up! its exciting knowing that im being led into a really fun and God Needing industry!

almost gone

hey everyone, this last weekend a bunch of us held a benefit night for Compassion international, calling the night "Passion for Poverty" it turned out great we ended up raising a little over $900.00 thats about 64 kids we feed for the month! Ill get some photos some time.

My time here is dwindling away, im stoked and trying to finish everything here. please pray for perseverance and energy! im still needing the 7G for the school but i know God will make a way. 

this week im studying on Evangelism to speak on a seminar on evangelism so keep me in prayer for that as well. thats next monday night the day before i leave!

hey everyone sorry i didnt get to post anything last week. the E-net was being slow here at the base and i was impatient. so anyways i have great great news! for starters Sean Naus is now married! yeahhh boy! and secondly, i was officialy accepted to film school in hawiia! so i booked my flight and leave the 31st this month! So im really stoked and ready to be taking off. God is sooo good, again  and again i doubt his provision and goodness but He is always good and right. im still learning to be patient. and wait for God to do his thing. and remember his promise's. i hope you all do the same. 

on giving day i received $3,000 for my school. so im still short $7,000 and that is AUD so about $4500 USD. so if you are keen to help shoot me a email. and thanks for those who have been helping. 

anyways these last couple weeks are jam packed with finishing paint jobs and editing and doin worship and watching movies that are required for me to go to the school. i have a list of 70 films to watch in the next 16 days..... i may not do it but ill do my best. 

This coming weekend some friends and i are holding a fundraiser called Passion for Poverty, raising money for Compassion international, we're playing some music and doing a silent auction. so pray for people to come. this all came about when God started challenging me in my gifts, He was asking me, how are you using all your talents for me sean,  so he gave me this idea.

i dont want to make this to long so i love you all and will talk soon!

skate ministry

hey guys, last week we had bible study on thursday night and im starting to see it take shape after a few weeks of it now. One kid named Sam moved here frm England a year-ish ago and we met him through skate church and invited him to bible study on thursdays and he's been coming every week, thank you Jesus! Im looking foward to see how he is going to grow into a Man of God.

Skate outreach nights, every friday night we are going out to the local skate park having a BBQ and hanging and skating with the local kids. watching the ywam crew interact with the kids you can really tell that they are all warming up to each other. Pray for Salvation and hearts that will be affected by Christ's Love through us.

hola` familia,
this last weekend, we had skate church and Wow! what a turn out. there was a bus load of boys that come from a town about a hour and a half bus ride away. it was really cool having them all there. the topic of teaching was on "choices" and how are choices will effect others. Mark Guilch (the guy who is running the skate church in Coolum, a town in the sunshine coast) shared a story about how his influence on a younger friend led him into a downward life style ending in him going to prison for five years. but then shared how he was able to let this friend move in with him (Mark) and his family for six months to get back on his feet and how that time changed his friend!

please keep me in prayer for this week. im a little unsure of what God has planned for this year. the plans i made i think God is shaking up a bit, and thats fine i learned a good lession, "dont say i will go here or there and work for a year, but say if God wills i will go here or there." James 4:13-16

hey everyone so i did the DVD premiere for the surf camp this last weekend, it went really good. we got to hang out with the kids from the camp again and get connected more.

well im still planning on going to hawiia for school but waiting to see what God has planned. please keep it in prayer for me.

Feb!

Hey everyone. Last night i finished one of the film projects i had from a surf camp i went on a few weeks ago and am now getting ready for the premiere next weekend!

This week ill be finishing the Boardstore skate video!

Please pray for me this week. I’m waiting to hear from the school in Hawaii and also hoping to see some money come in for the flight over to the states for my good friend Sean Naus's wedding in the middle of march. I really want to go, i believe that all is in Gods hands and will. So yeah if you would just throw up a quick prayer for me this week id appreciate it.

Love you all heaps. i know that the day to day work can get dual and repetitions. But i want to encourage you all, know that your day to day is Gods work for you right now! you are in the mission field everyday you are out! you carry Gods holy spirit with you!

skate church

hey everyone. so im under the crunch this week i have two film projects due in a couple weeks so i need to finish this week to get a bunch made. so please keep me in prayer, i need help from God to do this.

This last weekend was skate church in Cooulum. it went really good we had 27 kids and 50 in total with adults and help. it was cool to see the kids all show up. pray that they well keep coming back. On this skate church i spoke on choices, what are good and bad ones and who we are allowing to influence our choices.









Some hurdles are in front of me concerning the film school that starts in march. I'm still waiting on some stuff from the application process for the school, but I'm hopeful that it is all going to work out. The finance's are still missing but last night while i was praying God took me to the book of Esther 2:8-12. The section talks about Esther finding favor when she was being prepared to go before the King. then she went through numerous beauty treatments and preparation stages. I believe that God is saying that He is going to send me to this school even though i don't have the money, but that ill find favor and start to be prepared for the exact task and moment He has put me here for. I know that this is going to be a great testimony to Gods work in my life. I've been asking that God would keep his testimony in my heart and on my lips. so i think He is answer that prayer and putting things in motion.

hey everyone, things are going good here. im working like a mad man. trying to finish projects and do worship for the school. though i have to say this morning at worship some of the students played with me during worship and did a great job, its was nice to have good musicians.

whats going on in 2009

This week the DTS kicked off with Morning Worship led by a friend Jon C. and myself. Its cool having a whole new group of students come through wanting and willing to hear God for their lives! It was on this January school two years ago that I started my Journey with YWAM, time flies. I’m stoked to be leading worship for this school before my journey takes off into a new chapter.....

My Plans For 2009

"If it is the Lords will, we will live and do this or that". (James 4:13-15)
This is all to help me further the ministry I’m doing here, so if it’s God's will, then I’ll go! (He knows us all and the plans he has for us to prosper us and not to harm us!)

The first leg of the journey will start in....

MARCH, when I’ll be heading to California to see my good friend Sean Naus get married to his beautiful fiancée Emily Jilson. Then in....

APRIL ill be heading to Kona Hawaii to attend a School of Digital Film at the University of the Nations (YWAM). This school is 3 months of intense study and application in film (movie) creation. I’m confident that I will gain many good tools to bring back to Australia to continue to improve First Fruits Productions, Media Ministry. Then in.....

JULY ill be going to Las Vegas to intern with the xxxchurch, www.xxxchurch.com helping out in anyway possible with filming and whatever i can do to serve them in their ministry there. Then in.....

AUGUST I hope to travel to the East coast of the USA to see some long missed friends and family then to Arizona and California to catch up with everyone there as well! (Love and miss you all, can’t wait) Then in....

SEPTEMBER, Back to Australia! To do a two or three week outreach going to skate parks around Australia preaching the Gospel! Then back to the Sunshine coast to continue doing ministry locally, and hopefully get a place to settle in and call my own, yeeew!


I am thankful to all who supported me over the last two years; Words cannot begin to describe your importance and value to me. You have played a massive part in the task God has given me to do. So humbly, I want to say, Thank you! I can’t wait until the day you can all see the full work you have done, ushering in people to Christ through your support.

I know with the economy the way it is right now, money is tight for everyone. Over this last year I have lived off less than $10,000, and $1,200 of that went to two children I support in Indonesia. Then on top of that I tithe to other missionaries and to the Church. I’m saying this all to show you God is Faithful! GOD IS FAITHFUL! He has provided me with extra work locally for short periods of time, side jobs, and random donations. I’m so blessed because I haven't really felt like I’ve had to go without anything this last year.

I want to Challenge every person who reads this to think about and prayerfully consider supporting me in 2009, to either give a one time gift or monthly donation. I can’t do what i do without your support, both prayerfully and finically.
